HC 5500 Controller
The HC 5500 is a powerful computer making the spray features easier and safer to use and easily supplies more information when needed. It is the obvious choice where features like IntelliTrack and advanced farming tools are desired. The operator is instantly informed of the operation status and warned if vital parameters like pressure, speed, etc. are incorrect.
It is advanced farming, ready with up to 98 register and connection possibilities to a site-specific application map or a remote sensor. Various optional extras like SprayRover, TankGauge or 12-V printer are available.
EAGLE 45 - 66 ft. booms
EAGLE booms feature a rugged two-dimensional structure and a coil spring self-stabilizing trapeze boom suspension. This combination provides for many years of trouble-free use even in the toughest field conditions.
A non-directional spring-loaded break-away system protects the boom from damage. EAGLE boom is the solution if robustness and high driving speed are required.
Turbofiller
TurboFiller is a high capacity induction hopper which makes the filling of chemicals fast and easy. The unique TurboDeflector creates a powerful liquid circulation in the hopper and mixes all types of chemicals quickly and safely
5 years warranty of the tank
Hardi Ranger sprayers are equipped with durable polyethylene tanks with a capacity of 2,500 liters and a 5-year warranty, made from unique UV-protected polymers and without transverse ribs, ensuring minimal residual liquid retention and optimal stability.
Large clearance
The chassis is designed to minimize damage to crops. Ground clearance under the axle is 70 cm. The track width is adjustable from 1.50 to 2.00 m.
Comfortable working zone
All sprayer control functions are conveniently grouped in one place within the working area. The manifold is designed for easy use with various options such as a rinse tank, cleaning nozzle, and turbo filler.

Tank: 550 gal. designed for optimal stability and the lowest residue. Sturdy 3/8" thick main tank.

Pump: The HARDI Diaphragm pump is a reliable, high capacity and easy to service with bottom suction from deep sump and is standard on the Ranger 2000. Options for the Ranger 550 are the Ace 206 hydraulic centrifugal or the Ace 150 PTO belt drive centrifugal pump.
