Unique long drawbar design
The long drawbar forms a straight line from the hitch point to the axle. Bolted beneath the frame, it ensures excellent driving stability and absorbs vertical forces during high-speed operation. The drawbar is available as a fixed or steering version, as well as in low or high suspension configurations.
Triple nozzle holder with three types of nozzles
Depending on the conditions, the type of solution, and the working speed, you can switch between different nozzle types directly from the tractor cab during operation.
The HARDI diaphragm pump – reliable, high-capacity, and easy to maintain
At the heart of every HARDI sprayer is the robust and easy-to-maintain pump that the brand is well known for. The invention of this pump forms the foundation on which HARDI was built more than 60 years ago. HARDI was the first to use diaphragms to separate the liquid from bearings, the crankshaft, and other vital pump components, allowing the pump to run dry without damage. In addition, the pump is directly driven by the tractor’s PTO.
Pendulum spraying system for uneven terrain
The 24 m EAGLE booms are simple, durable, and designed for heavy-duty use under the most demanding conditions with minimal maintenance. The boom is suspended on two large springs with shock absorbers. Horizontal movements are controlled by a robust trapezoidal system, allowing spraying and turning at very high working speeds.

The HARDI TurboFiller is designed to handle large volumes of powders and liquids. Its high capacity is achieved through a combination of strong vacuum and liquid circulation, created by a turbo deflector inside the unit. This ensures that all types of chemicals are mixed quickly and safely.
5-year tank warranty
Hardi Navigator sprayers are equipped with durable 3000-liter polyethylene tanks with a 5-year warranty – made from unique UV-protected polymers and designed without internal ribs to minimize residue retention and ensure optimal stability.
Tramline tracking system
It attaches to the tractor’s rear linkage and improves the sprayer’s ability to accurately follow the tractor’s wheel tracks, especially when working along field edges. The system can be mechanical or controlled via the tractor’s computer and does not require operator intervention during spraying.
It can also be equipped with a slope correction feature, manually controlled through the tractor’s hydraulics, ensuring precise track alignment even on hilly terrain.
High ground clearance
The chassis is designed to minimize crop damage. Ground clearance under the axle is 80 cm, and the axle width is adjustable from 1.50 to 2.25 m.
Comfortable operator area
In the working area, all sprayer functions are conveniently gathered in one place. The pipe manifold is designed for easy use with various options such as the rinse tank, cleaning nozzle, and TurboFiller. Clearly arranged handles with easy-to-read icons make the system very user-friendly. This significantly reduces the time required for setup and operation of the sprayer.
