Description
TERRIA trailed machines cover a wide range of applications in soil cultivation. You have the choice - from shallow stubble cultivation to deeper loosening work. Fully versatile to meet the highest expectations.
Advantages
- Wide range of applications – from shallow stubble cultivation to deep seedbed preparation (from 5 to 35 cm);
- Hydraulic working depth adjustment for quick and precise adaptation to all soil conditions;
- Chassis integrated into the working section for a minimal turning radius and reduced soil compaction;
- Selection of proven working tools for intensive mixing or shallow cutting;
- NON-STOP stone protection system;
- Various hitch positions for flexible adaptation to different conditions;
- Operation without side drift, utilizing the full working width of the machine;
- Fuel savings due to lower power requirements for achieving perfect soil mixing.
-
Thanks to the tandem Master-Slave system, the TERRIA impresses with uniform soil cultivation, a compact design, and optimal adaptation to contours in hilly terrain. All of this is achieved with a high level of operating comfort. Machine settings can be adjusted during operation, and everything remains under control via the pressure gauge and the working depth scale.
Compact design
- Thanks to the compact frame design, the Terria intensively mixes soil and organic matter—even at low speeds and with low tractor power requirements. In addition, deeper operation enables homogeneous mixing and reliable straw decomposition.
- Thanks to its short overall length, the machine adapts perfectly to uneven terrain in hilly conditions.
Symmetrical arrangement of the working elements
The working elements are arranged symmetrically on both folding sections. This ensures:
-
Reliable soil penetration under all conditions – even in hard and dry soils;
-
Even power distribution;
-
Uniform wear.
Large clearance and spacing between the working elements
To ensure a stable and consistent soil flow and uninterrupted operation, even in the presence of large amounts of straw and crop residues, the TERRIA features a generous frame clearance of 820 mm and a row spacing of 800 mm.
The working elements are curved, and their position can be adjusted via a hole pattern. This allows the aggressiveness of operation to be varied. PÖTTINGER ensures the best working results thanks to intensive mixing, achieved by the spacing between the working elements of 290 to 310 mm.
Perfect working elements for all soil types
High-quality tines and horizontal shares – CLASSIC, DURASTAR and DURASTAR PLUS. You can choose the most suitable type depending on whether you want intensive mixing or shallow cutting.
The horizontal shares can be adjusted via a hole pattern. Only the position of a single bolt needs to be changed. The intensity of cultivation varies depending on the selected position – the lower position is for shallow cultivation, while the upper position is for intensive mixing.
The aggressiveness of operation can also be adjusted by changing the angle of the tine – shallow or steep. The mounting bolt also functions as a shear bolt for protection.
