Pendistar 40 SK
Pendistar 40 SC is a selective herbicide with both soil and foliar action. Its active ingredient, pendimethalin, affects cell division in weed plants by disrupting stages of chromosome separation and cell wall formation.
Description
Mechanism of Action
The active ingredient, pendimethalin, disrupts cell division in weed plants by interfering with chromosome separation and cell wall formation.
When applied to the soil, newly emerging weeds absorb the product as they pass through the herbicide layer on the soil surface, leading to their demise.
In post-emergence applications, the product is absorbed by susceptible weeds. Optimal effectiveness is achieved when applied to young, actively growing weeds.
