Description
This machine which is called pneumatic precision sowing machine, is an agricultural machine which is driven only by cardan shaft and PTO shaft of the tractor and works with hydraulic lifting unit of the tractor and universal 3-point hanging system.
You can perform precision sowing and sow different kinds of seeds into all kinds of cultivated soil types with this equipment. Sowing machine operates with the help of a pneumatic system and can be equipped with various accessories such as additional sowing units such as a fertilizer tank. The most important feature of the sowing machine is the ease of use as well as the simplicity of its design.
Sowing unit ensures that all kinds of seeds can be sown one by one in every soil condition due to double disc for maximum efficiency, ie. without wasting seeds.
Advantages
Single telescopic chassis
The machine’s center of gravity is positioned close to the tractor. The outer left and right sections can be adjusted telescopically. Thanks to the chassis, both working and transport positions can be easily adjusted mechanically.
Transmission
To adjust the row spacing, the machine is equipped with a drive wheel and transmission system. You can easily set the desired distance between seed rows using gear wheels.
Ventilator
The seeds are held onto the disc by vacuum and placed precisely along the line opened at the desired row spacing. The fan creates suction through its blades and is driven by the tractor’s PTO (power take-off).
Vacuum gauge
Different seed types require different vacuum levels. If the correct vacuum value is not set, various issues may occur. If the vacuum is too low, seeds may not adhere properly to the disc. If the vacuum is too high, the disc may stick to the seal due to overload, making the drive wheels difficult to turn. The vacuum gauge is positioned in a convenient, easy-to-read location on the fan.
Damper
The wheels operate through friction. On lightly cultivated or uneven fields, the contact between the wheel and the ground may be disrupted, affecting seeding precision. Adjusting the damper allows the machine to tilt or move closer to the ground, improving its ability to follow the soil surface and preventing wheel slippage.
To address this, the system is designed with a pivoting mechanism and spring tension. A limiting bolt is installed at the pivot point where the wheel is connected, ensuring that all wheels operate within the same range.
Disc seeding unit
The seeding units are disc-type. Each seeding unit is equipped with two discs made of special material. Thanks to the cutting disc, which can be mounted in front of the chassis, the seeder can also be used in fields with a higher amount of crop residue.
The rubber wheels on both sides of the seeding units allow precise depth adjustment under all soil conditions.
