REGIONAL SEMINAR IN STARA ZAGORA
BULAGRO organized another regional seminar, which was held at our headquarters in Stara Zagora. The main topic of the meeting was the plant sorghum, which due to its exceptional drought tolerance was named "corn resistant to drought." The product specialists from BULAGRO explained in detail the technology for seeding, fertilizing and harvesting the tropical plant, which is gaining more and more popularity in the countries of southern Europe.
The special proposal of BULAGRO for Bulgarian farmers is the high yielding sorghum hybrid FUEGO with potential up to 1000 kg/ha from the French company CAUSSADE SEMENCES. This year we prepared for our clients attractive repurchase programs of the ready production.
The other highlights of the presentation were the two high-yielding ClearField sunflower hybrids of the company ADVANTA - Hysun 202 CL and Hysun 231 CL HO. The high results reported by yields in 2012 in Romania and Bulgaria are proof of the excellent quality and drought resistance of the hybrids.
