45 years of hoeing technology

The success story of our CHOPSTAR line began with the first row-crop cultivator in 1979, while Leopold Einböck II was still managing director. The first row-crop cultivators were initially sold in Austria and soon afterwards in neighboring Bavaria. Continuous further developments over the years – starting with special additional options, tools for different row spacing and crops, camera steering systems, SECTION-CONTROL and much more- have made us one of the world's best-known manufacturers of row-crop cultivators with the highest precision, reliability and practicality after four and a half decades.

40 years of weeding technology

Five years after the first row-crop cultivator, the Einböck product portfolio was expanded to include another important component for mechanical weed control: the first tined weeder. The first “simple” tined weeder was the beginning of our AEROSTAR arable weeder series and our grassland weeder line, consisting of the GRASS-MANAGER and the PNEUMATICSTAR. After 40 years, we now offer a total of 9 different tined weeders types with over 70 different models. "My first product as a young apprentice was also our first tined weeder. I fell in love with our weeding technology the very first time I used the machine in the field - and that love continues to this day!" says Leopold Einböck III, the company´s senior partner.
