TWIN FLOW SYSTEM
HOW IT WORKS
Working in the special mixing tank with different volumes, the single auger with opposing screws forces the materials into a dynamic twin flow from the front and rear towards the centre of the tank.
WIDE AUGER SPIRAL FITTED WITH KNIVES
A design exclusive to Sgariboldi, ensure movement in two rotating flows. This twin flow helps the products to mix in a single process, ensuring superior cutting capacity and efficiency, and creating an exceptionally uniform mixture.
REDUCED MIXING TIMES
Inside the tank, a dividing arm (or “deflector”) ensures the correct flow of the materials, reducing the mixing time and eliminating stagnation points which are common with many multi-auger machines.
