Advantages

Precise control of application rates from 0 to 300 kg/min

The M-Line is a high-capacity fertilizer spreader equipped with a rotating outlet for precise control of application rates from 0 to 300 kg/min. You can choose between four different outlet positions to ensure maximum accuracy, both for very small and very large application rates.

THE BEST SPREADING SYSTEM

The BOGBALLE in-center spreading system, with discs rotating towards each other to the center of the spreader, is recognized as a highly accurate system requiring minimal adjustment. The full 180-degree overlap from both discs means that the right and left sides of the spreader do not need individual adjustment to achieve proper overlap during fertilizing. Each disc individually covers the entire area, eliminating the need for additional settings.

The large, flat spreading discs distribute the fertilizer evenly across the entire surface. Together with the unique asymmetric dual outlet, the discs maintain a spreading pattern covering 180 degrees, regardless of the application rate, working width, or type of fertilizer.

Excentric and gentle agitator

The agitator ensures a constant flow of fertilizer and therefore also a constant quantity. With eccentric movements the agitator leads the fertiliser to the outlet. An integrated pressure equalising cone mounted on the screen prevent direct fertiliser pressure on the agitator and the outlet.

Automatic drop point

The centrally controlled regulating system automatically adjusts the fertilisers dropping point on the spreading discs. The double shutter opens with different opening speeds and maintains in this way a perfect drop point irrespective of changes in quantity or forward speed. The short distance between the shutters and the spreading disc means that the drop point is minimum influenced, even under hilly conditions.

Weighing technique since 1988

Since 1988 the weighing technique has ensured a high level of precision. It is based on the 1:1 principle, in which the weight of the actual hopper contents is continuously monitored. The technique registers changes in the flow and adjusts the shutters automatically on the move. Therefore the amount of fertilizer used is precisely controlled ensuring optimum use of inputs and control of costs.

3 QUICK WAYS FOR EASY AND EFFICIENT ADJUSTMENT

Weighing system

When choosing a spreader with a weighing system, machine adjustment is fully automatic. The fertilizer flow rate is automatically controlled by the weighing system, and the outlet openings are adjusted according to the set application rate and the actual driving speed.

Application rate adjustment independent of speed

When choosing a spreader with application rate control independent of speed, simply enter the flow factor determined in the Bogballe spreading charts. Alternatively, use the S-indicator to determine the flow rate for the specific fertilizer.

Remote or manual control

When choosing a spreader with hydraulic or manual control, use the settings from the Bogballe charts or the S-indicator to determine the correct settings for the specific fertilizer.

L20-Trail

If you have the need for a smaller tractor to "carry" a big spreader then you will find the perfect match in our program of trailed chassis. The adjustable wheel track width offers the possibility of suiting most tramline and row crop widths. The spreader can of course still be used as a 3-point linkage machine, for example for late top dressing.

Big Bag lifter BXL 1300

The Big Bag lifter BXL 1300 is mounted on the 3-point linkage of the spreader to provide a one man loading and spreading machine. Place the Big Bags in the field and get a capacity increase of 3-5 Ha / hour. The telescopic and hydraulic extension arm can lift the Big Bags directly from the ground or from a trailer. Maximum load capacity is 1300 Kg.

The main lift cylinder is fitted with an anti-drop valve to give safety and security during work. The BXL 1300 can be fitted on spreaders up to 3300 litres capacity.

THOROUGH SURFACE TREATMENT FROM A TO Z

In 1994, Bogballe introduced powder coating as the best possible surface treatment for a fertilizer spreader. The preparation for an optimal paint finish begins as soon as the steel is received. The process is extensive and consists of the following steps:

Steel quality control;
Mechanical shot blasting;
Grinding and removal of burrs from all surfaces and edges;
45-minute cleaning process;
Powder coating;
Curing;
Quality control.

During powder coating, the powder particles are charged at 10–12,000 volts, ensuring strong electrostatic adhesion.

FINAL RESULT: The BOGBALLE FLEXI-COAT surface is 30 times more durable than traditional liquid paint.

Forward-facing marker lights indicate the width of the spreader to oncoming traffic;
L20 (W) spreaders are equipped with stainless steel safety guards to protect against rotating parts;
The fluorescent reflector surface is highly efficient and, even in strong daylight, offers higher visibility than traditional reflector panels.

Easy cleaning and maintenance

The mounting of the safety guards allows side opening, providing unobstructed access for cleaning the spreading unit;
Openings in the chassis allow cleaning even of hidden areas;
The universal tool is used for opening the sieves and fastening the spreading vanes. It can also be used to adjust the rotating flow outlet on the L20 / L20W;
Opening the sieves – when cleaning, the lock is released using the universal tool.
